Location: Hernando Beach

We are seeking architects and designers to develop the plans for a project involving the construction of five single-family homes in Tampa, Florida, located in Hernando Beach. The project consists of five houses situated next to a lagoon, which is intended to be used as a natural part of the homes’ amenities. The design must be for one of the properties and then used as inspirational model for the other 4. Must be eco-friendly, and compliant with local regulations.

Project Details:

• Duration: The project will be executed over the first five months.
• Requirements: Detailed architectural plans created by a professional architect are required. These plans will be sent to a structural engineer and various other professionals. The deliverables must be professional architectural blueprints created by an architect experienced in similar designs, homes, and the locality.
• Budget: The project owners have allocated a negotiable budget of approximately $13,500 to $16,000 USD.
